1. Data We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us through this website, including your name and email address. Within the MojoFit app, we may collect: a display name you choose to personalize your experience; an anonymous device identifier (deviceId) used to enable server-side features such as the Smart Coach; and optional body metrics you choose to provide — age, height, and weight — used solely to tailor your workout recommendations. Your fitness data, including workout sessions, exercise logs, and personal records, is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We also collect technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and performance monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, improve the MojoFit app and website experience, and ensure the security and performance of our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

3. Third Parties

We work with the following service providers who may process your data on our behalf: Supabase (database infrastructure), Cloudflare (content delivery network and security), Resend (transactional email delivery for contact form responses), Google Analytics (website usage analytics), and PostHog (website product analytics). All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months or until your inquiry has been resolved, whichever comes first. App data including workout history and exercise logs is stored locally on your device and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the application.

5. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@mojofit.app. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

7. Analytics & Tracking

This website uses Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our pages. These services may collect your IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is processed in aggregate and is not linked to your identity. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can manage PostHog tracking via your browser's cookie settings or by contacting us. These analytics tools are used on our website only and are not embedded in the MojoFit mobile application.

8. Children's Privacy

MojoFit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@mojofit.app and we will promptly delete such information. Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years of age to use MojoFit, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. App data stored on your device is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms. Data transmitted to our servers (such as contact form submissions) is encrypted in transit using TLS. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device and operating system updated and to use a secure passcode or biometric lock.

10. Data Deletion

Since MojoFit does not require an account, most of your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the application. If we hold any server-side data associated with your device identifier (such as Smart Coach data), you may request its permanent deletion by emailing support@mojofit.app with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 30 days. Note that data deletion is irreversible and will result in permanent loss of your workout history and personal records.
