You may not use MojoFit to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application; use the application for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MojoFit; transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the application.

MojoFit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fitness and exercise activities carry inherent risks of injury. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program. MojoFit is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of the application or reliance on its content.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MojoFit will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
6. Eligibility & Minimum Age
